UPS and National Flat Pack Delivery Claim Process
For any and all un-assembled Flexa products that are purchased using our UPS and/or National Flat Pack delivery service, you must follow the following steps in order to claim any damaged items:
Visible Box Damage
Inspect all boxes at the time of delivery to ensure there is no damage to the exterior of the boxes. If there is any concern, please note this on the packing slip provided to you by the delivery company. If there is damage to any UPS packages then please take a picture of the damaged box and follow the claims process below for concealed damage.
If you discover concealed damage after delivery, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. If concealed damage is discovered after delivery of your Flexa product, please use the following steps in order to report your claim:
1. Take a picture of the damaged item in the original box with damage visible;
2. Take a picture of the item number on the box;
3. Send these two pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the header of your email.
White-Glove DeliveryIn some areas of the United States,Flexa offers white-glove delivery for our product. Once your white-glove delivery has been scheduled, you are no longer able to make changes or cancel your order. Notwithstanding the foregoing, changes requested after your order has been scheduled, will be subject to a change fee of $149. Cancellations after delivery is scheduled will be subject to a 40% restocking fee.
Warehouse Pick-Up Claim Process
For any and all un-assembled Flexa products that are purchased using our complimentary Flat Pack Pick-up from our warehouse, you must follow the following steps in order to claim any damaged items:
Visible Box Damage
Inspect all boxes for damage at time of pick up and ensure there is no damage on the boxes. If there is any concern, please have the warehouse open the box to ensure the goods are not damaged.
If concealed damage is discovered after pick-up, please use the following steps in order to report your claim:
- Take a picture of the damaged item in the original box with damage visible;
- Take a picture of the item number on the box;
- Send these two pictures to email@example.com with your order number in the header of your email.
You can return eligible items within 7 days of receiving order for a refund of the merchandise value. To begin the return process, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line. We will email you return instructions. All items must be packed in the original manufacturer's box and you must use sufficient packaging to prevent potential damage in transit. Delivery fees are non-refundable. Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. A refund of returned merchandise value will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
Unless otherwise specified, product prices already reflect discounts. All offers are limited to stock on hand; no rain checks are available. Not valid on prior purchases, gift cards, gift certificates, taxes or shipping and processing charges. Consumer must pay applicable sales tax. Offers are not combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer. Promotions have no cash value. Offer cannot be sold or otherwise bartered. Void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted. Returns of any portion of the purchase will require equal forfeiture of offer or amount equal to offer.
