Delivery

 We charge 10% of the price of purchase on Delivery. If your purchase is $1000, then your delivery will be $100. 

 

Returns

As a private consumer, you have 14 days of cancellation when you shop with us.

The withdrawal deadline expires 14 days after the day you received your item, gets the last item in physical possession when it comes to an agreement on several items ordered in one order and delivered individually, gets the last lot, or the last part in physical possession, in the case of an agreement for the supply of a product consisting of several lots or parts. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt if you wish to cancel your purchase. The message should be provided by contacting us via help@flexa-usa.com.

You cannot undo by simply refusing to receive the item without giving us clear notice.

Return

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must return your item to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are packed properly. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.

The item's condition upon return

You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than that necessary to determine the nature of the product, its properties and the manner in which it operates.

If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the merchandise's commercial value. This also applies if original packaging is damaged or missing.

Purchase Amount Refund

If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you paid to us. In case of an impairment that you are liable for, this purchase amount will be deducted.

If you use your cancellation right, we will refund all payments received from you, but no additional delivery costs due to your own choice of delivery form other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer, without undue delay and in any case at the latest 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to cancel this agreement. We will make such a refund with the same payment method you used in the original transaction unless you have explicitly requested anything else.

If you regret the purchase, the item must be sent to the address at the top of this page. You can also undo the purchase by giving clear notice and handing it in at the above address, but only by prior arrangement.

What should I send back?

You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. Note! We do not receive packages sent by COD.

Warranty

The law on deficiencies may apply to purchase of goods.

When you shop at Flexaworld LP's web shop you have 24 months warranty. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, money back or reject the price, depending on the specific situation.

It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of misuse of the product or other damaging behavior.

How fast should I advertise?

You must advertise within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you advertise within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

We will refund reasonable shipping costs

If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) freight costs.

When you return the item, please state what the problem is as detailed as possible. Please use our form here . It is not a requirement, but it facilitates our case processing and minimizes the processing time for the complaint.

Note! We do not receive packages sent by demand or the like. Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.
